University of Colorado professor Ward Churchill compared workers who died at the World Trade Center to “little Eichmanns.” [1]

The controversy was launched in January 2005 with word of a Churchill essay in which he called victims of the 9/11 terror attacks “little Eichmanns,” comparing them to Nazi bureaucrat Adolf Eichmann. [2]
