MRN Radio will preview the 51st running of the Daytona 500 with a one-hour special to air live at 8 PM Eastern featuring drivers Marcos Ambrose, Sam Hornish Jr., Reed Sorenson, David Stremme, “500″ pole-sitter Martin Truex Jr. and Kenny Wallace. [1]

MRN Radio works closely with NASCAR, though it isn’t directly affiliated with the organization. [2]

The National Motorsports Press Association held their annual Awards Ceremony on Sunday, January 20 and MRN Radio earned multiple honors. [3]

Hyatt said the network is studying whether it will move all or part of its network to Charlotte. [2]

The awards were won by the network as a whole, with three individuals being sited for their efforts, as well. [3]

To put it quite simply, while the headquarters are in Daytona, the hub is in Charlotte. [2]
