Vertu, a subsidiary of Nokia that makes luxurious cell phones, has announced its new Ascent Titanium collection of mobile phones that will boast not only with unique design, but with advanced features inside. [1]
What sets the Vertu apart from these blinged-out models is that except for some ruby bearings under the keys, it is jewel free. [2]

The newly released Vertu Ascent Ti is an all new phone and has numerous features never before seen on Vertu phones such as a camera and flash. [4]
Coming on the back of models like Vertu Diamond (US$88,000) and Vertu Signature Cobra (US$310,000), the Ascent Ti collection by Nokia’s luxury unit is cheap at S$9,800. [5]
Other key features include voice dialing and a speakerphone mode that is remarkably clear, thanks to twin speakers mounted on each side of the handset. [...] Apple’s iPhone inspired a fresh look at cell phone design, along with the realization that mobiles are as much a fashion accessory as they are a communications tool. [2]
Features 4GB of built-in memory, 3MP camera with flashlight, Bluetooth connectivity, certain pre-installed applications and so on. [1]
Nokia’s premium mobile phone brand Vertu has announced the launch of a new product in the Indian market. [6]
Yet it is packed with features: touch-screen operation, a 2-megapixel camera, an MP3 player, and a memory-card slot. [2]
The new Ascent Ti is radically different from previous Vertu models, as it has large screen, ergonomic shape as well as joystick, but more importantly is that the new Vertu has quite a lot of features never before available on luxury cell phones. [3]
The muscular design of the phone is influenced by classic super-cars (the Constellation was influenced by the Lockheed Martin aircraft of the same name) and its sculptural lines and accents reflect its influence. [4]
It will also be equipped with a 3-megapixel camera, in addition to the standard concierge button that provides 24-hour service worldwide (concierge, a dozen Krispy Kremes right this minute, please!). [5]
The Vertu Ascent Ti is not the most expensive cell phone ever. [2]
For the first time Vertu phones will get a camera as well as proper Internet connectivity. [3]
